The wastewater system consists of 89 miles of sewer line and 1,973 manholes. Our treatment facility is operated by Veolia and located on City Park Drive. While operating a 6 MGD treatment plant they also serve 19 lift stations and perform a very active ongoing Inflow and Infiltration program.

There are both residential and commercial sewer customers. The sewer tap fee for customers inside the city limits is $750. The minimum bill for 2,000 gallons of wastewater is a charge of $17.70. Over 2,000 gallons is $6.52 per 1,000 gallons of wastewater.
