City Hall Update

  • City Hall is open to the public as of May 26, 2020.

  • Public Works office open as of May 26, 2020.

  • Pigeon Forge Police Department (PFPD) lobby is open. The PFPD’s Records Office is open, as well. If you have a question regarding a city citation or need to obtain a copy of an incident or accident report, please email a request to pd@cityofpigeonforgetn.gov, and the report will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. Please provide the report number, if available, or the name of the person(s) involved and the date the report was taken. Court dates have been extended to July 16th for citations that have already been issued.    

  • The Pigeon Forge Fire Department is open to visitors on Tuesday, May 26. 

  • Wear Farm Park, Patriot Park, and City Park are open. All playgrounds, athletic fields, basketball courts, and restrooms at the parks remain closed. Pavilions and tennis courts are open to groups of 10 or less. All sections of the Pigeon Forge Greenway are open with proper social distancing measures required. 

  • The Pigeon Forge Community Center’s LeConte Wellness Center and the walking track is open to members. Modified operating hours are Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Community Center will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday. Members must call the Pigeon Forge Community Center at 865-429-7373 to schedule a time to use the fitness center and/or track. The Pigeon Forge Bowling Center is open to the public at 50 percent capacity. Modified operating hours are Monday-Friday from noon to 6 p.m. The Bowling Center will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday. Restrooms are open but all other facilities remain closed. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Pigeon Forge Mass Transit is operating on a modified schedule from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. until further notice. Three routes are available—Parkway, Gatlinburg Welcome Center, and Wears Valley. 

  • The Pigeon Forge Public Library is open to the public beginning Tuesday, May 26, at 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Patrons may use computer sessions and check out materials. Curbside pickup is still available for those more comfortable not entering the building. In-person programs or meeting room reservations are not available at this time. A summer reading program for children and preschoolers begins June 1, which can be accessed online at http://pigeonforgelibrary.readsquared.com/ or by coming to the library. All of our other virtual programs and digital materials are still available. If you need assistance accessing any of these, please contact the library at 429-7490. 

  • Pigeon Forge Welcome Centers are closed until further notice.  

  • The Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism offices will open Tuesday, May 26
